Welcome to LibasePk. By visiting our website, browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our store.

1. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, phone number, email address and delivery information.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Colors, shades and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, device displays and screen settings. Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated when necessary.

3. Orders

Placing an order is a request to purchase from LibasePk. We may accept, decline, verify or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for stock, pricing, payment, delivery or fraud-prevention reasons.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in PKR unless otherwise stated. Any applicable charges are shown during checkout.

5. Shipping

Our normal Pakistan delivery estimate is 2–3 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote locations or incorrect delivery information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Our current return-request period is 7 days after receiving an order, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

7. Order Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been processed or dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

LibasePk branding, product images, graphics, written content and other store materials owned by us may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store uses Shopify and may use courier, payment, analytics, marketing and other service providers. These providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our store for unlawful activity, fraud, malicious software, interference with store security, misuse of our content or violation of the rights of others.

11. Errors and Updates

We may correct errors or update product information, pricing, availability, shipping information or other store content when necessary.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LibasePk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on our store, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and any mandatory consumer-protection requirements that apply to the transaction.
