Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

How to Request a Return

Approved returns should be sent to: P-311 Partab Nagar, Street No. 2, Jhang Road, Faisalabad 38000, Pakistan. Please wait for return instructions before dispatching the parcel.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos where applicable.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions based on product availability.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days using an available refund method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial service provider.
