How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally delivered within 2–3 working days after confirmation. Sundays, public holidays, courier delays and remote locations may affect delivery time.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. LibasePk currently offers free delivery on orders within Pakistan.

What is your return period?

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending any return.

Can product colors look different on my screen?

Yes. Small color differences can occur because of screen settings, lighting and photography.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please check the dimensions listed on each product page before placing your order. Bedding measurements can vary by product.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
